In 2021 I turned my life over to Pescatarianism and am surprised I’m still on this journey, but when people ask what made me do it I explain that the concept behind the idea was deeper than the surface. Of course I want to be physically healthier but I’ve learned how to be more discipline (mind, body & spirit) and it taught me how to commit- to make a conscious decision to a good habit everyday. It’s allowed me to grow in so many ways.
