I am a Biomimicry professional, proud Judean/ Israelite/ Hebrew/ Yehudi, descendant of Holocaust survivors and fighters, and the eldest of four children as well as two furry adopted siblings. I have been working in sustainable and regenerative design for over 20 years in both the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors.

I am passionate about making nature’s sustainable + regenerative wisdom accessible to all, and breaking down barriers to entry. That’s why we started the Biomimicry Club on Clubhouse — to help educate and empower innovators around the world with nature’s time-tested strategies that “create conditions conducive to life.”

As a content creator, I specialize in storytelling with purpose, as well as community building and engagement.

I believe that seeing nature as our mentor, model, and measure is a profound shift towards a global regenerative design ethos — one in which we learn from nature and honor our ecological elders and their timeless wisdom.

“When designing products, for example, Biomimics ask, ‘how will this become something else’? How do we make this easy to reincarnate?

Because in nature, nothing is ever thrown “away”. Materials are broken down and then upcycled into another organism’s or system’s chemistry. Materials aren’t part of the system, they are the (eco)system…

…Nature doesn’t make things… nature has things… disappear into systems.”
