Adam is a Co-Founder at Fusion Consulting Group, a multi-discipline consulting practice specialising in Taxation, Law, Accountancy, Financial Services, Digital Marketing, Business Advisory and IT Strategy to Entrepreneurs, SME's and Mid-Size companies.

Adam leads the Strategic Business Advisory and IT Strategy practices within Fusion and is also responsible for its M&A activity and Group Operations.

Adam began his career by working for technology heavyweights such as Microsoft and BT and later chose to form TIG (an IT Managed Services Provider) in 2000 and subsequently spearheaded its evolution from a start-up to a mid-size Managed Services Provider based on consistent year over year organic growth, outstanding talent, passionate service delivery and strategic acquisitions.

Adam exited (TIG) after 15 years in the business having sold the business to a Private Equity group.

Adam is a serial entrepreneur having successfully developed, managed, acquired and exited companies since the age of 17.

Adam’s experience within the fast paced technology sector has provided him with the foundations to craft efficient and effective processes whilst ensuring his clients experienced strong ROI and positive business outcomes on the solutions that they purchased.

Adam has found his niche within Fusion, providing strategy, operational assistance and NXD services to like-minded Entrepreneurs and Businesses, helping them achieve fast growth, operational efficiency and increasing their shareholder value.
