Bio

My name is Adam Hayward.

I work for a housing association as a contracts manager / surveyor. The contracts I manage are resurfacing, flat roofing, pitched roofing, Rewires, Asbestos removals and asbestos surveying. I love my job with a passion as I am fully in control from inception to completion of all my projects. I have been in property my whole life and have lots of qualifications in property, I started of as an architectural technician when I was 16.

I have been in to property investing part time for 2 years now and I am building my portfolio of buy to let properties so I can retire and buy myself a yacht and sail round the world.
