Bio

Adam has developed a balanced tax, trusts and estates practice by providing counsel to individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations. His practice includes advising clients on complex business transactions and related tax issues, including federal and state tax planning, corporate governance, dispute resolution and tax incentives. In addition, his practice includes a broad range of trust and estate issues, including estate planning, asset protection, charitable planning, marital planning, probate and trust administration.

More recently, Adam has focused on advising clients on new, evolving tax credits and incentives, including Employee Retention Credits and the Qualified Opportunity Zone.

Mr. Reid has been recognized as a “Mid-South Rising Star” in tax law by Super Lawyers since 2014, and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© list since 2017. He has also received Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating designation of “AV: Preeminent for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability” and the Arkansas Bar Association's "Golden Gavel" Award while serving as Chair of its Section of Taxation.
