Empowering coach, sparketype advisor and speaker, passionate about serving you to be your successful self. I "unlocked" highly sensitive people(HSP) and entrepreneurs' successes through their hidden talents.

Why I do what I do?
🔓There are many labels for us: Empath, Heyoka or HSP. Being in a constant sensory overload is a challenge without understanding let alone support. Everything I do with HSP coaching is to prevent what my younger self went through. For those of you, who pick up others' vibration and emotions as your own: "You are NOT alone and solutions do exist". 

🔓The world of business and entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey. Headspace can be at a premium when creating, living your own creation. It can sometime feel like "building an aeroplane whilst being in up in the air". Feels familiar? Businesses deserve to succeed when challenges have often simple answers. Everything I do in Business Coaching is in support of that.

My Business Journey
🧭 Left a long and successful career in transformation as changer and interim leader.
🧭 Exhausted by being a "corporate firefighter", I realised that it doesn't have to be this way.
🧭 Redirected my energy to be an empowering coach using my two passions mentioned above.
🧭 Became a speaker on the side. Spoken in several real life and hosted virtual events in both 🇫🇷 & 🇬🇧. Sharing leadership lessons learnt from endurance sports.
