Engineer, interested in high-return investment
My advice is to take a personal loan, buy a mortgage, rent the mortgage out with 7-8% return, take a leverage on your mortgage, take a marginal loan (facility) on ur cash with a 1:1 ratio, invest in low-risk stocks with high dividend yields, and enjoy a minimum of 12-14% fixed return
