To have knowledge is to have knowledge of something which exists. Therefore, knowledge proceeds existence. Hence, the claim that a being has knowledge prior to existence of something is ontologically false. So, you can throw Decartes statement, “I think therefore I am” out the window. The proper statement should be I exist therefore I think!
