Natively from Nepal, I traveled to Sydney and acquired my MBA degree from Charles Darwin University.
Outspoken, humble, and an aptitude for people management, I have been working in customer service since 2014, both in Australia and Nepal. My expertise in clients & markets, decision making, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution has helped refine my social skill and made me a good team player. I have worked hard to further sharpen my substantial customer service exposure and valuable experience with a Master's degree in Business.
My work experience in Australia has also helped me master my core abilities and skills. I have been involved in various leadership positions in Australian Retail, Financial Retail, and even in the Nepalese Adventure Travel sector.
I am an avid trekker and love to explore new places, food, and culture. I can speak 4 languages fluently which makes me easier to connect with people.
