In life, I am passionate about 3 things: plants, culture, and healing. These passions have taken many forms throughout my life, but remain unwavering at my core. I stand for the many expressions of human life, the Earth, the celebration culture, respect for diversity, and healing in its many forms.

In my current position at Access to Awareness, I have the privilege of assisting Sophie McLean in creating courses that support people in deconstructing patterns of the ego and remembering who they really are.

I live in Hawai’i with my wife and 3 pets, and am humbly aware of my place as a settler. I challenge myself to be consistent in my critical awareness of my presence, my sense of place, and my respect for the culture within which I live.
