Bio

I'm a Recruiter by profession. I believe in Problem solving and hence I try to take up issues in my hands and resolve them my way. One such problem I decided to take in my hands was Recruitment!
I was the first person who started doing 1st round video interviews of Job seekers from all over the globe & upload them on LinkedIn with the objective of reaching business owners and recruiters who can reach out to job seekers directly.

We managed to recruit 40 + candidates all over the globe which helped me make it to the list of LinkedIn Top 100 Global Recruiter category for the year 2018.

I wanted to bring awareness about Diversity, Equality & Inclusion. Along with my Co-Founder Tom Lauwers, we started Women4Empowerment. We interviewed several successful ladies from different backgrounds, countries, industries and careers. Through sharing those interviews we wanted to bring more awareness and also inspire others.
