A Business and Contract Attorney with more than 13 years of experience, took different roles as external counsel and in-house counsel for more than 50 companies in diversified fields of business. Over such period Ahmed have managed the incorporation, restructure, merging & acquisition, and liquidation of legal bodies; he have directed, supervised or was a team member in the teams who set the strategic plan, restructure plan and prepared transaction documents to such effects; and he have drafted, negotiated, analyzed many agreements.

Ahmed have studied and understood a wide range of applicable laws and regulations of many different countries that he have worked with; and in fact, that provided him with a solid base to advise his clients on different legal aspects. Finally, over the course of his years of practice, he realized that a business lawyer does not just consider law while providing the professional legal services, but he/she shall consider the business aspects as well, so he is keen to provide the best legal opinions that helps to facilitate his clients' business and limit their risks.
