Andreas ist a Business Professional with a broad set of skills and expertise, a focus on Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence. He set the foundation for his structured, methodological and strategic way of working, in multiple years of Freelance Consulting and Project Management.

On top of that, Andreas built his expertise through several years of corporate experience at sports goods and fashion giant adidas, based in Germany. As the main responsible manager, Andreas was building adidas‘ Center of Excellence for Process Analytics and Automation (Process Mining, Software Robotics, AI), named Digital Suite Hub, and developing this team into a diverse and multifunctional group of business process and technology experts.

Andreas is now part of the Deloitte Center for Process Bionics and the acting interface to the Deloitte Center for Process Robotics.

He is focused on Human-Centered Design, Data-to-Value and holistic transformation topics. Andreas ensures that our Deloitte Partners get the desired added value out of their investment into digital technologies.
