💚Becoming a Wellness Coach seemed like the next best step in my heath journey. After struggling with depression and anxiety for most of my life, my body wore the years of the battle I was dealing with regarding my mental health.

💚I found a supportive community of men and women who also struggled with mental health and excessive weight gain. This community provided me with hope, laughter, support and encouragement. In the process, I started becoming stronger not only physically, but mentally.

💚With their guidance and encouragement, I was able to drop over 100 lbs, but most importantly, I have been able to keep it off for over 5 years. No gimmicks, no starving myself, no crash diets.


💚I now support and encourage others on their own personal journey towards heathy living.
