Founder of The Shades of You, Youth Development Program, where I empower 💪🏾 black girls ages 13-18 to embrace 🫂and celebrate 🎉 their differences .

Recognizing my natural connection with children inspired me to become a educator👩🏽‍🏫. Understanding the importance of being a lifelong learner 📚in order to provide high quality education for students, motivated me to acquire my Masters, Ed. Sp., and Dr. degree👩🏾‍🎓.
