We apply traditional methods passed down through generations. The entire process of making kremas and Epis is done primarily by hand. The result is not just your ordinary kremas , It’s the spirit of Haiti.  
Our goal at 1804 Kremas/ Epis that is to help people experience the joy and depth that is the Haitian culture — through food and drink, of course. 
Epis also know as sofrito in the Hispanic cuisine and green seasoning in Caribbean cuisine is organic vegetable blend season,
no preservatives,gluten and dairy free , Epis use in the Haitian household to Marinate meat, seafood,stew,soup,and also rice and bean .
