Artist - yogi - teacher - writer

Multi-disciplinary creator (painting, installation, sound, social practice) and educator in both artistic and spiritual disciplines. I teach Kundalini yoga classes, workshops, and trainings through the lens of creativity. Mission statement might read “the confluence of art and spirit shall prevail”. I teach high school visual arts and am in the Foundation department at a local arts college.

Entrepreneurial pursuits throughout the years have left me with Kundalink and Texstylish; a white cotton clothing and head covering company now selling through Etsy, and a printed textile and product online showroom, respectively.

In 2020, I authored two books published by Striped Dog Press: The Eleven Yogic Arts of Creative Living and the Work Book for the Eleven Yogic Arts of Creative Living. Both of these are available in softcover and digital formats.
