Joanne Z. Tan is the CEO and Brand Strategist at 10 Plus Brand, Inc., a full service digital brand-marketing agency that builds and markets business and personal brands, for B2B companies, organizations, seasoned professionals, aspiring board members and business leaders.

She and her teams decode a brand’s DNA, create brand strategies, messages, logos, videos, websites, and original content, then amplify with AI enabled digital marketing to elevate brands to be Leaders and influencers.

Joanne hosts her podcast series “Interviews of Notables & Influencers”. Joanne has a law degree, mentors executive coaches, and is also an award-winning photographic artist. She mentored startups and judged startup pitching competitions in Silicon Valley. She was a professional journalist editor and designer.
