Bio
Omar Sherief is a freelance director and copywriter based in Cairo, Egypt.
In 2020, Omar co-founded his own production house "Cinehunters" that since made over 7 commercial ads for various brands including Infinix mobile, Lejour, and AutoVroom. In 2018, he launched his YouTube channel teaching filmmaking and photography, he has since gained over half a million views and around fifty thousand subscribers.
Preferring cinema over football, Omar spent his childhood in front of the big screen where he believed that one day he could add his fingerprint to it. He believes that a "Director is a jack of everything, master of none." and that's why he can manage any aspect of the production including Editing, Cinematography, and Sound Design.
