Respect - we level up, not put down.: No cursing, cuss words, fbombs..we can get our points across eloquently with other words. Statements that diminish anyone's humanity (ie. Racist ideoligies, other isms) are not tolerated.
No blanket statements: Groups are not monoliths, don't generalize based on opinion. Share history, research, facts, and speak from your own experience, but not "All Black people, all queer people, all white people are..."
Questions welcomed: "Seek to find, knock & the door will be open." We don't know what we don't know, so ask. You must also commit to your own self-development and learning.
