The Meditation Room on Clubhouse
Description
Throughout The Day we will provide both Guided meditations and Sound Bath meditations . We welcome those who may not know how or are new to meditation. We will provide quick Q n A’s prior to every start, to help those for the first time.
Mind: 🧘🏽♀️: Please enter the room with a positive mind. This is a safe space for clearing of the mind. To bring peace and balance .
Body: : Please find yourself a comfortable space. Preferably a quiet area . Take deep Breaths in and exhale thru your mouth. 3x
Spirit: : Please honor spirit in your presence. We may take questions briefly for 5 min before we start the meditations while the room fills up.
