SEKI Dance Drama traces the American Tap Dance to the indigenous people of the Core Niger Delta Area of Nigeria, Africa. It is of mythical origins. The narrative stems from the vault of oral tradition and the pantheons of the Ikwerre, Igbani’s, Okrika, Ijaw etc in the Core Niger Delta Area or Old Rivers State.
