Men Up the Pod/Talk/Vlog-Cast is a platform dedicated to the journey of manhood and what it looks like across all cultures. We explore the societal definition of what Manhood looks like and the roles that are attributed to it and break them down to understand how those ideologies impact Men’s every day living. MenUp Is dedicated to opening up real discussions that push social norms of manhood with the intent to sharpen, uplift, encourage, empower, and support men of all walks of life to be their better and more optimal self. Respect every Mans culture: Each culture has its own definition of manhood, and their own version of the phrase “Man Up”, respect their differences in practice and uphold a level of maturity as we explore
Hold space for difference of opinions : We will not always like what opinion or perspective one person has, hold space for that person to elaborate their thought and build off their idea for clarity
Growth comes at the cost of sacrifice: Acknowledge that growing pains are real, and that’s why we are here. Allow for growth to occur, and development to form amongst those listening and those who are speaking on stage.
