We’re a community of PROSPECTING BASED REALTORS where you can socialize & strategize with other agents who have overcome the exact obstacles you’re facing. We strive to ensure you get the right advice for the stage you’re at in your business, so you don’t end up doing the “right things” at the wrong stage. Saving you months or even years of frustration & costly mistakes. We encourage members to offer advice on methods they find effective, BUT to be CLEAR when they speak about whether their advice comes from DATA and ACTUAL, MEASURABLE RESULTS, or simply from how effective they “think” or “feel” their methods are working. Oftentimes as salespeople, we BELIEVE something is EFFECTIVE because we feel good when we do/say it. But unless we are actually measuring and analyzing what we’re doing, and comparing that to the RESULTS we’re actually getting, we may end up repeating things that we think work, when in fact there’s a better way to get a better result. As we share what’s actually working based on data, we all get much better much quicker, and we avoid spending hours debating who’s methods are more effective.
Sharing DATA vs OPINIONS: We all have opinions. Some of our opinions on strategy and tactics are based on our feelings or memories. We want to be clear when we’re sharing an opinion whether or not have hard data to back it up.
