The arts have been one of the greatest healing resources throughout human history cross culturally. Visual art, music, dance, theatre and literature are forms of creative expression that can help us process and cope with emotional issues. Expressive arts therapy goes beyond traditional talk therapy. It focuses on creative outlets as a means of expression. Join us to explore how arts can help us to express and live creatively as we allow the arts to work within us to enhance self awareness, emotional well-being and healing.
