The Self-Care Sisterhood (SCS) is a supportive community for women where we share self-care information, stories, challenges, affirmations, and wellness advice. This is a safe space where you can feel free to share your stories, share your wisdom, and get support from your sisters. #SelfCareSupportHER
We host a weekly CH Self-Care Check-in each Sunday at 12pm EST.
