From dissociation and detachment, to full embodied living - through tangible tools like makeup, self care, and daily mindset mastery.
Beauty means learning to see yourself in the mirror without seeing all the lies that violence made you believe about yourself.
Choosing new words. Choosing a new narrative. A new outcome. A new future.
