The Torch is a package of genetics, wisdom, and resources we’ve inherited from the previous generation and all generations before it. We protect and nourish these energies before ultimately passing them down to our descendants. This bundle of biology and culture is like a fire we’ve been entrusted with keeping lit.
The Torch gives structure to our meaning-making, our morality—even the nature of reality itself. A reason so many of us feel a sense of emptiness, confusion, and meaninglessness is due to our inability to find the Torch, to carry it, to properly deliver that legacy into the hands of descendants, successors, and students of the next generation.
Our club takes aim at exploring this crisis of meaning through conversation, finding the others, and together carrying the Torch into the darkness of the unknown future. Join us by the fire.
