The proverbial rabbit hole is where those who seek to loose themselves in order to reinvent themselves go. It requires honesty, accountability & a spirit of fearlessness that many say they have but few are afraid to confront…it’s scary, it’s difficult, it demands vulnerability and the truth is… not everyone is ready.

I have discovered & I’m still discovering that not everything needs to be fixed or healed for real growth to be obtained but to seek real answers & resolutions is where healing begins we simply have to be brave enough to go down that Rabbit Hole and allow ourselves and each other the space to work through what we need to work through & walk away from what and who no longer serves us on our journey.
