- Our Mission and Vision -

Through creating an inclusive environment, we act as a catalyst to engage, encourage, and empower Ethiopian youth in Calgary. Our mission is to provide Ethiopian youth with the resources necessary to succeed.

CEYA is diligently working to create a community of youth that encourages one another. Ethiopians have a rich culture with many different ethnic and religious groups which should all be celebrated.

CEYA is moving to provide an inclusive and safe space that focuses on what it means to be Ethiopian. Although this rich culture and history should be celebrated there are serious challenges that face Ethiopian youth in Canadian society.

CEYA attempts to provide a social space to share experiences, ideas, and information to tackle these challenges.
