A club for women to learn how to be bold and humble in the workplace. A Humble and ambitious woman is a Humbitious woman! As women, we often struggle with self-promotion because we think we’re bragging. This mindset shows up in our careers especially but we need to change our HAT (Habits, Associations, Thoughts) in this area. If we want to be successful in our careers, we MUST articulate the value we bring to the table. We need to learn to be humble and ambitious = Humbitious! Being humble does not mean you think less of yourself, it means you think of yourself LESS.
