Welcome to Art of Living Club! The Art of Living Foundation is a volunteer-based, humanitarian and educational non-governmental organization (NGO). It was founded in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (Our Guruji).
The Art of Living Foundation has centers in more than 156 countries. Art of Living offers several stress-elimination and self-development programs based on breathing techniques, meditation and yoga.
It has numerous courses which help you live a better life, help you in your growth and development physically and especially mentally. It helps you obtain inner peace. There are many teachers who conduct adventure camps for children. It's fun as well as it provide one or two courses for kids. The courses they provide help students so much in the academics; I myself have experienced this and the Sudarshan Kriya (meditation technique) has a major role to play in excelling in academics, relationship among me and my peers,parents, family,cousins, friends, etc.
To sum it up, Art Of Living is an NGO, which helps people all around the globe reach their inner peace. It also conducts numerous projects for the development and empowerment of the nation. Its areas of work cover conflict resolution, disaster and trauma relief, poverty alleviation, empowerment of women, prisoner rehabilitation, education for all, and campaigns against female foeticide, child labour and for environmental sustainability.
