Refreshed Therapists believe:
1. Your work should be fueled by your passion and personality.
2. Your career and/or business should be designed around the life you want to live.
3. Money matters, but so does your soul. Consider both in your work.
4. Self care is a lifestyle (around here, we call it "soul care.")
5. Balance is about knowing and listening to yourself, not maintaining an equal amount of time between life and work.
6. Sometimes, life catches us by surprise. We need others. We need community to thrive.

At RTN, we offer resources and networking opportunities for therapists at any stage of their career, all with the purpose of energizing therapists daily, in their work and lives.

Our mission is to support therapists as they seek and find clarity in work, connections that sustain creativity and joy, and courage for sharing their specific message with those who need it most.
