Narcissists 101 is a safe space for you to learn everything you need to know about narcissists, toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, deception detection, trauma/anxiety/depression due to abuse, PTSD/CPTSD, trauma recovery, mindfulness, and empowerment. It’s a place to learn and share. It’s to provide support for those currently in a narcissistic or toxic relationship, for those recovering from a past relationship , and those that have healed and moved forward.
