Empowering Parents is here to help foster a more holistic approach to parenting. We believe strongly in the power of being empowered from a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspect. As parents, we are our children’s first teachers which means we must be operating at our fullest potential. Remember, we cannot pour anything from empty cups! Through the power of community, relationships and ourselves we can fill our cups with whatever is needed to help us to become our best selves.
Be yourself: Be your truest authentic self! The best growth and evolution happens when we are truest and comfortable with and within ourselves.
Safe space : This is a safe space for others to communicate assertively and free from judgment. Everyone deserves to be acknowledged, understood and heard as all thoughts and feelings are welcomed and appreciated.
Be respectful : Everyone must remain respectful to one another. We may not all agree with one another, but respect is expected, required and given to everyone at all times.
