Welcome to the 75 Hard Support Group. I’m Nikilette Walker-Bowman, the founder of this club and I’m excited that you’re interested and or doing the program. I completed 75 Hard, Phase 1-3 completing the Live Hard part of the program and then did 75 hard again. This club will have rooms to discuss going through 75 Hard + the support, encouragement and inspiration to complete this journey as a collective group.
