Shifting Gears is primarily formed to facilitate discussions on topics that challenge us to find answers. Emotional Intelligence is a widely known term but less understood. These topics will stimulate our thoughts and emotions in a way we may have never done. Our emotional processing is less known; whereas our behaviour is spotted. What makes us act in a certain way?
