An idea itself might not be a good way to generate interest in the physics community.
What would certainly generate interest if you have a mathematically consistent theory which describes some natural phenomenon or falsifies existing theories.
It’s important that you understand the modern physics in great detail before you start suggesting something. it might happen that people might already have solved the problem or explained the phenomenon which you are talking about.
You have to rigorously train yourself in the field of physics and mathematics either by taking courses in a university which will give you a forum to present your idea. if you can’t do so, you can join any of the good online courses where you can discuss your ideas with like minded people.
If you think you are already competent enough then you can right a research paper and submit to any of the good physics journals or conferences.
