Adult friendships are freakin’ complicated. They require social finesse, time, and vulnerability. We also live in the age of social media and declining attention spans, but friendships are worth the investment. We live fuller and longer lives (research has shown that friendships can increase life expectancy 😦).
This space is here for everyone struggling to navigate friendships in adulthood. If you’ve asked yourself, “How do I make friends and keep them?” Well, we’re figuring that shit out too. Let’s discuss and get to know ourselves and each other in the process!
