GIRLvestors is a group for women with ACTIVE REAL ESTATE DEALS! Women can speak to other real estate investors and lenders about their deals and walk through why it’s a good or bad investment. You can be an investor in single family, Multifamily, short term, long term rentals, commercial and everything in between! This group was born the day I started researching women real estate investors, developers and Real Estate BOSSES and couldn't find many until now! I also follow the “WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE” group which is open to all women in any stage so I suggest you join that group as well. However, This group is for women working on DEALS! We will be teaching about how to STRUCTURE DEALS, negotiate, wholesale, short-term host, developer, syndicator, and most of all HOW to be an ENTREPRENEUR.
