For people who want to make a positive change in their life. Let’s share and learn from one another.

This club is for folks who want to break out of unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior and find a better way of living. Learn from and grow with each other through open conversation and inquiry into our habits of thinking and the obstacles that prevent of us from change.

If you are feeling stuck or struggling in your current situation, join the conversation and share what’s going on so that together we explore different approaches of thought and action that allow you to feel better and inspire the changes you want to happen.

How you are in life plays a much bigger impact on what you can accomplish than who you are or what you are. ‘How you are in life” meaning, how you think about and engage with the people, situations, and events that occur in your life.

We spend a lot of time trying to change or control the circumstances of our life or other people, but rarely does that approach lead to positive change. True empowerment is when we own our part in how we experience life - through how we react and engage with it. These conversations are not about making things go our way, but for us to align with and accept things as they are first so that we may find new creative solutions to the challenges we face.

I don’t have all the answers.

This club IS NOT for people who want a quick fix or easy solutions to their problems. I will not share medical advice and I’m not a therapist. But if you’re willing to be open and honest in conversation you might gain better clarity surrounding your life and valuable insights in how to apply what you’ve learned into action.
