Join us as we try to figure out how to normalize discussions about mental health in Singapore and Malaysia. Besides sharing first-hand experiences on how many have been affected by our society’s aversion to openly dealing with mental health, and how we can change that, we also discuss how best to support close ones living with mental health conditions.
Keep this space safe.: Members may choose to share confused or hurting parts of themselves to contribute to the conversation. Respect these individual realities, and refrain from trivializing opinions or stories on-air.
It’s not you, it’s us.: Moderators may need to cut speakers or conversations off, in the interest of keeping room topics on track. If so, please know that we are in no way trivializing or dismissing your story or opinion.
Hold your doubts in your head.: If you feel that a speaker is not being genuine with their experiences, or sharing counterproductive advice, please flag to admins via their socials. We’ll work to keep this a genuine and open space.
