If you're not sharing shine, you're no friend of mine.

For all aspiring and current mentors and mentees (or anyone in between) who value sharing tribal knowledge. Let's give more than we ask.

This is a work in progress to hopefully build community around folks that value mind sharing and spreading game.

Everyone has a craft, whether you've mastered it yet or not. Do you enjoy what you do, believe in it, have passion for it?

All verticals and domains welcome.

Note: The original concept was inspired by the general neglection of our senior citizens in our culture (N.America). So while that is a key benefit and motivator, the emphasis is around mentoring and giving this generation some hope and wisdom that they so need.

Pass the Torch. A mentoring initiative all about sharing shine, where service and compassion meet education and inspiration.
