A brave space for the Asian community to share about their mental health and wellbeing. Together, by embracing cultural confidence™, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness in our community by being open with one another. Cultural confidence™ is an intentional practice promoting healthy emotionality through the intersectionality of mental health, identity, mindfulness, resilience. 💪

Everyone has faced, will face, or are facing a mental heath challenge or condition. However, not everyone will experience a mental illness.

Note: This is not a replacement for therapy nor is this therapy in any way. This is meant to provide group support and encouragement through facilitation for good mental health and wellbeing. 🙏🏻

Join us each week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 1 or 2 pm EST on topics including the model minority myth, racism, social justice, allyship, international stressors, acculturation, mindfulness practice, and building stress resilience. 🤗
