✍🏽A place where ordinary people discover how to write their extraordinary life stories to pass on their values and experiences to their families even if they are insecure about their writing skills. Using the Guided Autobiography approach we cover ways to get started, ways to trigger memories, and how being open empowers the writer and helps them better appreciate life. 📞Discussions and activities: family history, genealogy, use of photos and memorabilia, power of accountability, life themes, writing prompts, sharing/publishing stories
