Description
This is a virtual democracy- a platform that allows citizens of African countries to act on their own behalf. They will collectively take up, fund and oversee development of their countries directly. It does not replace existing government. It just gives the millions of citizens ability to participate in building their nations. It will allow their countries to progress and avoid debt to foreign nations, addresses issue of corruption, makes conflict in the public unnecessary. It is the next level of civic participation- beyond picketing politicians
