The club provides a safe environment for HR practitioners and interested members to learn and share HR Best Practices, personal development dilemma and their own experiences. It allows participants to debate and discuss problematic issues in all HR disciplines. Speakers will provide guidance and solutions for current regional and global HR challenges. The club will focus on the following topics: - Organizational Culture - Recruitment & Selection Process - On-Boarding & Engagement Process - Diversity & Inclusion - HR Strategic Planning - Learning & Development - The HR Ethical Practices - Competency-based Interviews - Global HR issues The Club will also dedicate some rooms for HR & personal development training for interested members.
