Welcome to The Mind Hub, a space where we talk about mental space, mental health, wholesomeness, emotional quotient (EQ), happiness quotient (HQ) and all things aesthetic.
This club aims at connecting those seeking help to the relevant professionals, spread awareness about the need of sound mental health, explain how to approach therapy and look for a suitable therapist for yourself, have wholesome sessions with experts from different fields and give people a space and comfortable space to open up and reach out for help.
Kindly note- this is a sensitive zone, so we request you all to be kind and empathetic towards everyone else around. Let us come together and build a healthy, safe and a wholesome community!
