General discussion and support for those who have m e c FS myalgic encephalomyelitis chronic fatigue syndrome post-viral fatigue syndrome syndrome Etc. I have been diagnosed for 3 years. But I barely know how to use this app. I am an active member of pots Wellness Group I used to be diagnosed with pots and they are a very kind and generous accommodating group but I am hoping to support and connect with others in the exact same position as I am. I am however hoping 4 anyone and everyone to jump in Step Up and take control of this group. As I do not know what I'm doing LOL. And all of us are strapped for energy we can't be here often and for long. It's just a place that someone else understands exactly what you're going through that you can come to ask questions have camaraderie and understanding. It is set so that everyone can be a moderator I think LOL. So I'm sorry you have this condition I truly am it is awful and debilitating and highly stigmatized but you will not find that here. You only find belief validation understanding suggestions camaraderie discussions a little more life in your life.
Judgment free zone: People are allowed to have opinions. They do not have to have your own. If someone says something that contradicts your personal perspectives we will not start fights in this club because of opinion.
Comparison free zone: We do not compare illnesses severity of illnesses number of illnesses we just simply do not compare. Suffering is suffering. We don't compare illnesses just as we don't compare trauma.
Kind validating accepting group: We do not dismiss others in this group. There will be no negative hostile atmosphere. We support acknowledge believe each other.
