The first rule is still to intently listen and pay attention.
Attempt to actually get the point being made and pay attention to the vocabulary being used
Stick With The Theme: Rooms that are open in this club have to remain consistent with the theme & goal of the club. Discovering where we have common agreement & where there's disagreement or even an impass.
No violence against club members: Sometimes some emotions need to be spoken, and that's understood, but let's keep the violence to a minimum. The goal is to have useful, fruitful conversations. Black disunity is not encouraged
